Tablets - Green Lipped Mussel Powder (Crustacean), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Cross-linked Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Glycerol, Talc, Colour: (Brilliant Blue, Tartrazine (E102))), Sodium Hyaluronate, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide. 

Gel - Aqua, Glycerin, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cetyl Myristoleate, Glyceryl Stearate, Lecithin, PEG-100 Stearate, Mental Piperita Oil, Menthol, Carbomer, Phenoxy Ethanol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Benxyl Alcohol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Potassium Hydroxide, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben.

Tablets - Take 4 tablets per day with your main meal for the first 2-4 weeks for the saturation phase. Thereafter take 2 tablets per day ongoing with the main meal of the day.

Gel - Apply a thin layer of gel to the required area and gently rub in until absorbed. This can be repeated up to four times a day. Wash hands immediately after use.
