Studies show drinking fruit tea could damage teeth...

Research by the King’s College London has shown that drinking fruit teas regularly erodes teeth because of the amount of acid. Cordials, sugared drinks and flavoured water can also cause teeth to damage. It has been proven that sipping and holding drinks inside the mouth increases the risk. Alternative non-acidic options include: water, tea, coffee, milk and sparkling water.
