Keep your digestive system healthy and regular...

YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM is as important to your body as the engine is to your car. If you don’t take good care of your digestive system, it will get damaged and break down. When the system breaks down, it becomes weak and vulnerable, which can lead to many diseases, some deadly. The Colon, also known as the large intestine, is the last section of the digestive system. After food is digested, waste moves through the colon, then through the rectum and out the anus. The primary function of the colon is to absorb all of the excess water from the intestinal contents and use it to make your stool solid.

This won’t take place if you haven’t properly taken care of your Colon. If you don’t take care of your colon a sticky, slimy mucus forms on the inner walls which becomes a perfect place for bacteria, worms and parasites to grow. These parasites then live off of the nutrients that your body requires and thus causes an unhealthy system.
