As new research suggests yet another health benefit linked to red wine.

New research has suggested that the best way to lose weight is to drink plenty of red wine. The research, from Washington State University, showed that an ingredient found in grapes, berries and red wine called 'resveratrol' can help turn your flab into calorie-burning 'brown' fat.
