EXERCISE COULD HELP STOP PROSTATE CANCER FROM SPREADING
Regular exercise could help keep prostate cancer from spreading in men and improve survival rates, scientists believe. A new study aims to show that exercise can be a beneficial treatment for patients. If the research proves successful, exercise training could be introduced as a new NHS treatment for prostate cancer. One man who is taking part in the study, David Curtis, has already reported positive health effects since starting the exercise programme, as his PSA levels have dropped.
