Drinking coffee each day could reduce the risk of a heart attack!

Studies carried out in South Korea have shown those who consume between three and five cups of coffee every day could reduce their risk of suffering a heart attack. Why? They are less likely to develop clogged arteries, according to the new study. There has been much debate surrounding the effects of excessive coffee consumption on heart health. Yet researchers led by the Kangbuck Samsung Hospital in Seoul, South Korea, (who focused primarily on the association between coffee and coronary artery calcium) have revealed the benefits of limited coffee intake to be indisputable.
