AN EGG A DAY COULD CUT YOUR RISK OF HAVING A STROKE BY 12%
New findings published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition showed that those who ate 1 egg per day had reduced risk of a stroke. It is thought that levels of antioxidants and Vitamins A, D and E found in eggs are responsible. It was also found that eating an egg per day does not contribute to the risk of coronary heart disease as was previously believed.
