Insomnadrene® is a breakthrough sleep aid, which contains all natural ingredients Valerian and Melatonin. Valerian is a herbal extract which will help you to relax, so you drop off naturally. Melatonin is a hormone which is released by your body at night which produces deep sleep.

Age-related Macula Degeneration (also known as AMD) is a progressive condition which affects a small part of the retina at the back of your eye called the macula. The symptoms include distorted or blurry central vision, sensitivity to light and may affect one or both eyes. Over a period of time, your slightly blurry or distorted vision will develop a ‘blank spot’ in your central vision.
How AMD affects your vision
There are two types of AMD known as ‘wet’ or ‘dry’. About 10% of those who suffer from macula degeneration have wet AMD. This type occurs when new vessels form to improve the blood supply to oxygen-deprived tissue in the...

SILIC-REJUVENATE
SILICON IS PRESENT in significant quantities in most of our bone and connective tissue such as, for example, cartilage, joints, vessel walls, the dermis, the gums and the eyes...
Depending on the synergy of the elements, it has the power to both solidify (in ossification or bone remineralisation) and promote suppleness and elasticity (tendons, joints and skin) due to its potential to regenerate and restructure elastin fibres and collagen.
We are born with a certain amount of organic silicon. These reserves diminish as we age. Unfortunately, by the age of 60 and beyond, we have used up around 80% of our available organic silicon.

Children with an upset stomach should be given watered down apple juice to help them recover, a study has found. Gastroenteritis is very common in children and causes diarrhoea and vomiting. Most cases are mild and pass within five to seven days without any specific treatment.
But the illness can leave young children, at risk of dehydration so it is important they drink plenty of fluids. Now a new study has found children with mild gastroenteritis responded better if given a glass of half-strength apple juice. They were less likely to need a drip, go to hospital or visit the family doctor again.

Eating blueberries may protect ageing brains and help stave off symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, new research suggests. Scientists from the University of Cincinnati in the US gave a group of volunteers either blueberries in a powder form or a placebo powder. Blueberry powder was found to improve the thinking performance of 47 adults aged 68 and older who already had mild cognitive impairment, a risk factor for Alzheimer’s.

Going vegetarian for at least 17 years extends a person’s life expectancy by 3.6 years, a study has shown. Physicians from the Mayo Clinic based in Arizona analysed six studies that showed the effects of meat and vegetarian diets. Their investigation of more than 1.5 million people found death from all causes was higher for those who regularly eat meat, with red and processed meat products being the worst offenders.
